Seeing the World Upside Down- Inversions for everyone: Sat. March 28th 12 - 2pm
Take the time out to explore going upside down in this inversion pop up workshop. You will be able to break down the steps necessary to safely practice postures like headstands, handstands, scorpion and more..

Equipment: comfortable clothes block, mat, water

Blocks ‘ N Socks
Blocks ‘ N Socks : Sat. April 11th 28th 12 - 2pm
Come have fun in this pop up workshop using yoga blocks and your favorite pair of socks. You will try a variety of calisthenics and exercises that will help train your body to more effectively achieve postures that require a certain degree of openness and strength including techniques like the jump-back and the jump-forward in the yoga vinyasa.
This class is for all levels
