Each session will start with chakra clearing specific Qigong to connect and ground your personal self expression. Chakra specific music will guide you to move your body to deepen this process. You will be encouraged to explore a chakra specific list of foods, sound frequencies and movements that support each chakra.

Bring yourself just as you are and be ready to let go and move deeper into yourself. Have fun and be primal!
